" Woodland friends "

This is my latest, painting, which has quite an autumnal feel about as we head through the hazy days of summer. Her name is Coco and she's being guided through the woodland trail by her friends, the wise old owls. The little birdy is keeping her company throughout the journey.
I painted Coco using acrylics on canvas board. I've added oriental collage papers to her clothing and hat. I love a bit of collage!! Prints and mini prints can be bought from my folksy shop and the original painting can be purchased, all enquiries welcome. Many thanks for looking ♥

" Dawn tree "

I had such a great holiday in Cornwall and managed to get plenty of new artworks painted.
I'll soon be listing the prints and jewellery in my folksy shop and hopefully in my soon to open etsy shop. Here's my painting called " Dawn tree ". It's a small canvas 15 x 20cm and I'll be selling it as a print or the original painting. I've added some collage papers and a few baby buttons.

" Arty pendants "

At last I have started to make my art pendants. I've been looking forward to this for so long, as I waited nearly two months for the supplies to arrive from a lovely Etsy shop in China! The pendants will be for sale in my folksy shop and feature miniature prints of my original paintings. I can't wait to order mini prints of my new artworks, created on holiday in Cornwall!!

" Cornish encounters "

Now that we are back from our holiday in Cornwall, I have the joy of sifting through the hundreds of photos I've taken, {and removing all the blurred ones!}.
I took some water colour paper and a couple of mini canvases and managed to get five artworks finished, in between reading Ruth Rendell books! Ah the joy of blank canvases waiting for paint! So, here's a couple of the finished works, nestling in the hedgerow. I've used a mixed media of acrylics and oriental papers to make these collages. Wait a moment though, we have a visitor in the depths of the woodland. Yay, it's Foxy from last year, still as pretty as ever. Here she is looking cute for the camera and having a chat with Tony, probably about what to put on the barbecue today!!

" Not so dark tree! "

This is my latest painting, called " Dark tree ". As you can see it's pretty colourful against a dark tree trunk. I'd love to say it took 2 weeks to paint, like many of my works, but that would be far from the truth. I made this print digitally. It's my first attempt at a fully digital print, taking about a day. There are still a few elements taken from my original art, you may recognise the birdies and background! " Dark tree " can be purchased from redbubble as a card and many different print sizes. Many thanks for looking ♥

" Wisteria tree "

I was so pleased to find that the 6th { early days yet!} sale of my artwork prints was from the dreamaid web site." Wisteria tree", is being sold as a 10" x 8" print. It's is a magical, dreamy mixed media and collage painting, on canvas board. I still have all my original paintings.
